‘Edinburgh – Our City’ – Photographic Prints & Etchings at Dazzle@Dovecot 2016 Contemporary Jewellery Exhibition
We are delighted to be part of Dazzle@Dovecot 2016 which opens today and runs daily until Monday, 29th August, between 10:00 and 18:00 at the excellent Dovecot Studios as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
The Dazzle Team have been exhibiting contemporary Jewellery and Silversmithing in Edinburgh for many years and, more recently, have also moved online as LoveDazzle. This year’s exhibition looks great with an interesting mix of styles (and prices). Lynn has already started writing a wish list…
Our exhibition, ‘Edinburgh – Our City’, includes a wide range of etchings and prints showing our take on our home city, Edinburgh. Some are classic sites whiles others are more unusual; all are black & white and in keeping with with our particular style (you know it when you see it!).
The photos are displayed on the long wall of the Ladies’ Baths gallery with natural downlighting running the length of the exhibition space. We will be blogging about the images over duration of the Fringe so keep an eye out for our posts.
In addition to Dazzle@Dovecot, the Dovecot is currently exhibiting THE SCOTTISH ENDARKENMENT: Art and Unreason 1945 to the Present – highly recommended giving an interesting and informative perspective on Scottish art post-1945.
It also has an excellent Cafe run by Leo’s Beanery for coffee and delicious cakes.
